Around a year ago, back in 1.5, I decided to make the eeveelutions. Today, I have finally finished remaking them! This is Vaporeon's third iteration, much like Flareon. I wanted to use Heartlake Ripple's dress so bad since it has water ripples on it, but I just couldn't make it work. Then I remembered I had recently pulled on Dreamy Glimmer's rerun so I used that to mimic the tail fin! (It needs the evo, sad). I also tried to mimic its frills & original head shape with accessories!
