Lotte is a very quiet young girl, standoff as well. No one really knows much about her, but she is frequently found in the Queen's Palace. Whether she lives there or not, no one knows.
She carries around her teddy bear named Fredrick, that she got from her older sister when she was young. Her entire family then suddenly vanished one day, which left Lotte very lonely and created her now standoff nature. As such, she rarely leaves the palace and is often gazing at the clouds or playing her piano.
