First of all, i love blue eyes. And then when the Signal of Time released, i immediately fell in love cuz it reminds me of 2 of my favorite fictional characters, Miku and Frieren.
I like this outfit too. Based on a classic Japanes style seifuku. It gave the hair a nice contrast in color and complexicity, making it stand out even more. Doesn't do well with bikes however.
