Remake of "Pearled Sorcerer", which has a cooler name but it's innacurate to the lore, so it has a fitting name and better oufit now

It's also just a white version of "The Astronomer Mage". Out of both of them, I still prefer Astronomer, but this one is so cute... I just wish I could have incorporated more pearls, but they weren't too visible, so I settled for this.
