I wanted to try my hand at making Sanrio cosplays again now that we're over a year into the game + dyeing.
Kuromi was the hardest to style before dyes, and now she's one of my favorites of the bunch! I used a bow to mimic her ears, added the elf cuffs to make her sharp, and  u/stormwotch's bubbly voyage from their Edgy Outfits post. The socks, gloves, and choker really pull this outfit together.
