I made this outfit a week or so ago, and the first thing that popped into my head while looking at it was "Amafurase Tanmaina" which is a Japanese chant for rain, and the title of a song from one of my favorite bands, Kagrra.
When I sat down to think about it, the chant popped into my head again, so it feels meant to be.
