Made an attempt at styling all the perma banner dresses (with as minimal uses of the original set's items). Here's Blossoming Stars! I wanted to keep her very floral, but I introduced a bunch of pieces from Providence Immemorial's glow up since they're about the same colors. Tried to tone down as much of the green gems from the jewelry as I could to keep this soft glow about the dress. I couldn't really find a good hair that suited this dress so I went with the cooking hair, colored brown :]
