Based on the stereotypes surrounding calling people a rat, I tried making a character that looked like it belonged in an anime, including the obnoxious color palette and clothes that are difficult to place in a determined time period.
I imagined someone who's very smart and greedy, always prepared for when shit goes down. Because of this she wears branded athletic clothes instead of couture. She's a hoarder who's willing to help those in need in exchange for weird items or just in a whim.
