I named my hotpot place Soup so customers could say they were at Soup. Naturally, I had to cosplay the classic meme to go along with the theme. The new military looking outfit is perfect for the job!.... from the shoulders up. We'll just ignore the rest hehe this is a cosplay of specifically a meme, not a 1 to 1 of the Code Geass character shown IN said meme.
