Was a bit bummed the new four stars are one pieces, but I still love this dress a lot!
Was so excited to pair the Flutter Storm pieces with it.

Couldn't help but think of a pop universe where in the tale of the Little Mermaid, the Mermaid becomes a pop idol.
There were not a lot of watery pieces in this though so I went with just a music title.
