Copper and her friends were taken from the streets and raised by a courtesan with a heart of gold but weak constitution. When she fell ill and needed expensive treatment, they were determined to return her love.

Luckily, Copper was blessed with a voice capable of bending metal and melting hearts. Together with her friends, they founded the symphonic metal band "Iron Lung," named after the machine that kept their adoptive mother alive.
