Cosplay 8: PowerPuff Girls Z - Bubbels 
For most not knowing this this was a Anime version of the classic PowerPuff Girls in this show Bubbles have a big Bubbel stick as weapon, pls look it up if you interesting it a Old anime around 2006 Era. It hard to get black on this outfit so made wat darker same with light part.
