I love how we can still style luxurious looking fits with just free outfit pieces! The free hair and dress from the 1.3 patch is just *chefs kiss*. This outfit has mostly pieces from free outfits / permanent banner - the socks and bag are from paid outfits but can be easily substituted. I forgot to add earrings for the photos but I'd match a gold dangly earring like Stockpile Audit~
